Gandhi Ji - The Mahatma
Ladies and gentlemen i would like to begin my post by repeating a well known truth and fact that i am a very broad minded person and i am always open to new ideas. I am not opposed to others ideas just because i am prejudiced against that paticular viewpoint. But when a person and that too a person who has celebrated the first anniversary of blogging says that ' I am against Gandhi Ji, he is not a great man at all' , Gentlemen i am compelled to register a strong protest against this abnormal and stupid statement by saying 'You, my dear lady/Man are talking through your hat' and when you are not wearing one, through your helmet (I am sure that person wears a helmet).
This extraordinary statement was made to me by a person ( i will not reveal the identity for fear of mass protests and public strikes aganist him/her) two days back, in a class room ( Here again i decline to reveal the location and the purpose of the class, for reasons already stated above). I at first did not believe i had heard right and before i could enquire further and find out whether i had heard what was said or whether i should go and consult an ENT, i was stopped in marked manner by our beloved teacher (She warned if i opened my mouth again i would not be allowed to have any cakes that she had bought to class and ofcourse this put a stopper on my mouth for sometime,for no person in his right mind will miss the cake).Thus there lingered this doubt in my mind whether that person had said THOSE words. cause that person is a very good friend of mine and one likes to correct these small mental defeciencies in ones friens, that being the civil thing. So today morning i sent a message to confirm my suspicions and was relieved to find that there was no need to waste any money on Ent doc's and i had heard right.
And sorry my dear readers i should have revealed the reason for the 'Gandhian prejudice' that my friend is stuck with. The reason is that( i will quote the exact words that person said to me) "Hey you know what charan ( Charan is me) .Gandhi in order to prove that he was not attracted to women slept one whole night with a nude female". I do not know how my dear friend got this piece of scandalous information. May be the nude female came in my friends dream or nightmare and revealed this secret. Well ok, for arguments sake i shall consider this statement to be true. IF gandhi slept with a nude female it was i would say one minute black spot in his enlightened life . I do not know if i should call it a black spot . I ask where was this womens brain when she was asked to sleep in the nood with a man.I am sure Gandhi Ji would not have forced her. (STUPID WOMEN). Moreover Gandhi Ji did not even touch her, does it not show the supremness of his morality and mental strength.
I accept the fact that independence was not only because The Mahatma. There were millions involved in the freedom struggle and every body had their glory moments and every body played their part how ever small it was. But any movemnt is lost without a leader. And we were blessed with our Mahatma. I would like to quote here that he did not ask anybody to follow him. He was a person who lead by example. We can learn things from his life which we learn only after reading a thousand moral books. He believed in a cause and fought for it in a way which earned him all the respect in the world. Well i would like to end by saying that even if what my poor misguided friend says is true Gandhi Ji still remains blemishless. Any small discrepany in character that he may have had was amply compensated by his ideals and his achievements. if anybody is Against the Mahatma they can eat cake.
(If there are any grammatical or spelling mistakes they are only because of my hurried effort to help a poor mentally deficent friend)
